Asgaard Farm and Dairy is a family owned and operated farm that produces farmstead cheeses and other dairy, meat, poultry and vegetables for the local community. The farm is set on 1,500 acres of organic fields and second growth forests in the foothills of the Adirondack Mountains, just outside of the village of Au Sable Forks. Grains are grown for flour produced in our local mill and as feed for their animals. They harvest logs for the local sawmill under American Tree Farm Certification.
