The Strand Center for the Arts has and continues to play a vital role in the development of the Adirondack Coast art scene in downtown plattsburgh. Since its inception in 2000, the Strand Center for the Arts has strived to collaborate with the community and strengthen the economics of the North Country with events, classes and exhibits.
