Holiday Ornament Workshop

It wouldn’t be Christmas without the Holiday Ornament Workshop! Join us at the Burke Education and Research Center as we team up with the Miner Institute for this early December tradition, now in its eleventh year. We'll have some all-new ornament crafts plus some old favorites, along with hot chocolate, cookies, and plenty of holiday cheer! Children and adults of all ages are welcome for this afternoon of hands-on fun and creativity.

All of our holiday programs will be free of charge to attendees. However, in the giving spirit of Alice and William Miner, we will be collecting donations for the United Way of the Adirondack Region throughout the holiday season. We encourage everyone who attends an event to bring a new, unwrapped toy for their gift-giving program or make a monetary donation to the United Way, whether directly or through us at the Alice.
