Your life is a movie! But is it a comedy, a drama, or perhaps even a horror flick? Create a faux movie poster that perfectly communicates your life’s story (or really any concept you’d like) to your audience. In this 5-week class, students will learn the basics of graphic design. They will come to understand core principles of what makes an effective design and explore high-quality, industry-standard tools in Adobe Creative Cloud, including Illustrator, Photoshop, and Bridge. Students should come prepared with poster ideas and their own hi-res JPG or PNG images that they would like to use in their design.
